About
Chantal Rohlfing, LCSW

My Approach to Therapy

  • I help clients to move past their shame and embrace their magnificence.
  • I support clients to move from despair and trauma to hope and empowerment.
  • I assist couples in staying together and committing more deeply to each other.
  • I support clients to move through grief and find meaning in life's losses and changes.
  • I help clients shift from not believing in themselves, to creating a positive life vision.

Using my knowledge and intuition to offer a fresh perspective,  I'll help you shift your old ways of thinking, explore childhood patterns, and replace unhealthy behaviors with more positive ones. I focus on your strengths, assist you in setting achievable goals, and teach techniques that reduce stress and help you feel better quickly.

In my work with couples, I help each of you to express yourself and listen deeply to your partner. I acknowledge the strengths and coping techniques of each of you, and teach you healthy communication skills. I support couples to practice behaviors that deepen understanding, commitment, and a balance of individual and relationship needs.
